Tour Overview

Experience all parts of Argentina with this tour, with a visit to the majestic Iguazu Falls which is one of the most breathtaking experiences in South America to the small colonial town of Cachi where it seems that time has stood still and to finish off in Mendoza which is the premium wine producing area of the country. Wineries are scattered round the country side with the beautiful snow caped Andes mountains as a backdrop.

Itinerary

DAY 1
Iguazu Falls

On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 2
Iguazu Falls

Tour of the many trails on the Argentine side of the falls, including the Devil’s throat.

Iguazu Falls – Salta

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Salta. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 4
Salta – Cachi

Full day tour to the town of Cachi, where it seems time has stood still. See colonial towns mixed with Pre – Columbian arts.

DAY 5
Cachi – Cafayate

Travel to Cafayate via Seclantas, a town known for its ponchos and loom. Overnight at Cafayate.

Cafayate – Salta

Morning visit to local winery before heading north to Salta via Quebrada de Cafayate.

Salta

Full day tour to Humahuaca Gorge including Cerro de los siete colores (Hill of the seven colours).

Salta – Mendoza

Transfer to airport for your flight to Mendoza. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Mendoza

Full day tour to Aconcagua Mountain & Christ the Redeemer statue on the Andes Mountain range.

Mendoza

Morning city tour Mendoza followed by a visit to a local winery to sample Argentina’s finest wines.
