DAY 1
Arrive in Santiago

On arrival, transfer to your hotel.

DAY 2
Santiago

Half day city tour of Santiago, set at the foot of the Andes mountains to discover the city’s many layers of cultural influence, visit “La Moneda” government house and try some pisco sour.

DAY 3
Santiago - Rio De Janeiro

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Rio de Janeiro. Transfer to hotel.

DAY 4
Rio De Janeiro

Full day trip to the top of Corcovado mountain, to see the Christ the Redeemer statue overlooking Rio de Janeiro in all its splendour. Afternoon tour and cable car trip to Sugar Loaf mountain.

Rio De Janeiro

Day at leisure. In the evening, head to a local churrasqueria for a sumptuous Brazilian BBQ Dinner and lively samba show.

Rio De Janeiro - Iguazu Falls

Transfer to airport and flight to Iguazu Falls. Tour to the panoramic Brazilian side of the falls. Transfer to hotel.

Tour of the many trails on the Argentine side of the falls, including the impressive Devil’s Throat.

Transfer to airport and flight to Buenos Aires. On arrival transfer to hotel.

Half-day orientation of the stylish capital, Buenos Aires. Experience the tango in all its glory and sample the succulent local beef with a dinner and show.

Transfer to airport and flight to the city of Bariloche, “where the Andes meets Patagonia.” Transfer to hotel.

Half day city tour visiting Cerro Catedral, Llao Llao, Laguna Trebol & the Centro Civico.

Bariloche - Puerto Varas

(Lake crossing) Andes lakes crossing by bus/boat to Peulla navigating Nahuel Huapi

Half day tour visiting Puerto Varas and Puerto Montt.

Puerto Varas - Santiago - Lima

Transfer to airport and flight to Santiago and Lima.

Lima - Amazon Jungle

Transfer to airport and flight to Puerto Maldonado. Transfer by boat along the river to Tambopata Jungle lodge, adjacent to the natural reserve in the Amazon basin.

Full day of activities, canoeing, bird watching, jungle trekking, piranha fishing and alligator spotting.

Amazon Jungle- Cuzco - Sacred Valley

A dawn start is required for the canoe trip back to Puerto Maldonado giving memorable views of the sunrise over the river and transfer to airport for flight to Cuzco.  On arrival transfer to the Sacred Valley. * Staying in the Sacred Valley first will help you with your acclimatization and reduce the chances of getting altitude sickness.*

Full day tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas including a stop at the colourful Pisac market & ruins of Ollantaytambo. Overnight.

Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu

Start your 2 day journey to the unforgettable ruins of Machu Picchu by boarding a tourist train to Aguas Calientes. Catch a bus up the mountain where you will be guided through this beautiful forgotten citadel, home of an incredibly advanced civilisation.

 

Full day tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas including a stop at the colourful Pisac market & ruins of Ollantaytambo. Overnight.

Machu Picchu - Cuzco

Morning free to visit ruins. Afternoon train to Cuzco.

Half-day city tour of some of the sites in and around Cuzco including the cathedral, Q’oricancha (the temple of the sun) and the fortress of Sacsahuaman.

Cuzco - Puno

Spectacular Andean Explorer train journey across the Altiplano to Puno on the shores of Lake Titicaca.

Uros Island

Half day tour of Uros islands, to visit the communities that live on these reed islands located on Lake Titicaca.

Puno - La Paz

Cross from Peru into Bolivia, via the lovely lakeside village of Copacabana, with its remarkable church before boarding a comfortable catamaran to begin the scenic crossing of the magical Lake Titicaca. Stop at the mysterious Sun Island before continuing onto La Paz.

Half day city tour of the Bolivian capital’s sights, a typical Indian market and a visit to Moon Valley.
