Search for the elusive jaguar while staying in the picturesque Araras Eco Lodge, located in the heart of the Pantanal wetlands. Blending seamlessly with the luscious environment, the lodge is the perfect home base return to after a full day of exploration. Jaguar spotting season is only between mid – June to mid – November

Itinerary

DAY 1
Cuiaba - Araras Eco Lodge

Transfer from the airport to the lodge. Late afternoon hike of the lodge surroundings. Dinner and walk listening to nature.

DAY 2
Araras Eco Lodge

After breakfast, head to Rio Clarinho to board a canoe exploring riverbanks, mangroves and forests. Picnic lunch at the lodge. Afternoon hike to the Howler Monkey Tower. After dinner at the lodge, night tour by truck to spot the animals.

DAY 3
Araras Eco Lodge

After breakfast, head to Porto Jofre for your exciting river boat safari spotting the elusive jaguar and other wildlife. Picnic lunch included. Late afternoon return to the lodge and dinner.

Araras Eco Lodge

After breakfast, hike to the Tuiuiu Tower. Lunch at the lodge and rime to rest. Horseback ride in the afternoon. Dinner at the lodge. Slide presentation.
