Start with a visit to one of Lima’s traditional markets to select the ingredients for your cooking lesson and discover the array of Andean spices, grains, vegetables and fruits used in Peruvian food. Our renowned chef will show you how to prepare traditional recipes like the zesty ceviche,
Causa Limeña and Lomo saltado. After lunch explore Peru’s capital city on a half day tour of colonial and modern Lima.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cuzco. On arrival, transfer to your hotel in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Explora Valle Sagrado is located in one of the region’s most ancient corn plantations. Designed in line with the surroundings and sheltered by mighty mountains that were once the home to the great Inca Empire.
