Situated in the jungle paradise of Madidi National Park on the lush shores of the Amazon River. Not only is this lodge is eco-friendly it is also located in what scientist call a, ‘Biodiversity Hotspot’, flourished with more than 45,000 species of plants and over 1000 tropical birds. Itinerary

The itinerary schedule can change because of weather delays

DAY 1
La Paz – Rurrenabaque – Chalalan – Madidi National Park

On arrival at Rurrenabaque you will be met and transferred to Chalalan Ecolodge, via Beni and Tuichi rivers. Enjoy a welcome lunch then afternoon trekking to observe the flora and fauna.

DAY 2
Chalalan Ecolodge - Madidi National Park

Choose from the many themed treks, including bird watching, medicinal plants and natural history. In the evening, experience an optional canoe trip to spot alligators and other nocturnal animals.

DAY 3
Chalalan Ecologde – Madidi National Park

Full day walk to Rayamayo and Eslabon rivers to observe spider monkeys, tapir, deer, wild boar and if you are lucky, you may spot the elusive jaguar. Canoe trip around Chalalan lagoon before a traditional dinner and dancing.

DAY 4
Chalalan Ecolodge – Rurrenabaque

Walk to the River Tuichi before a boat ride back to Rurrenabaque. From the lodge you will be transferred to the airport.
