Full Day Rio Tour: Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf, Selarón Steps & More

Immerse yourself in the iconic sights of Rio de Janeiro on this full-day adventure. Begin with a scenic train ride through the lush Tijuca Forest to reach the summit of Corcovado, where the Christ the Redeemer statue awaits—one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, offering breathtaking views of the city.
After descending, explore Rio’s highlights, including the famous Maracanã Stadium, the Sambadrome (home of the Rio Carnival), and the modern Cathedral of Saint Sebastian, inspired by ancient Central American pyramids. Capture the vibrant energy of the city at the colourful Selarón Steps before enjoying a traditional Brazilian buffet lunch at a churrascaria.
End the day with a ride on Rio’s historic cable car up Sugarloaf Mountain, where you’ll be treated to a stunning panoramic view of the city and coastline.

A show that combines diversity and culture: The “Ziriguidum”, the Northeast, the Amazon and the Pampas with its Folklore. Bahia with its Capoeira, their mystical rituals and Rio de Janeiro with its incomparable bohemian Lapa, their dance halls and the performance of the legendary Tricksters and the luxurious Carnival, with fantastic drummers and beautiful dancers.

Afternoon tour of Brazilian side of the Falls. Departure in vehicle heading to the National Park of the Brazilian Falls. The tour starts with a visit to the Main Center of the park, where you will have the opportunity to get some hints about the local ecosystem. From there hike along the most important trail of the park where the you can enjoy an astonishing view of the waterfalls. From the local belvedere you will have a privileged sight of the both parks of the waterfalls. Return to the main point via the panoramic elevator.

VISIT THE BIRD PARK (Extension of Brazilian side Falls)

Located at the entrance of the National Park Bird Park is an ecological sanctuary, linking ecotourism with conservation. Huge nurseries provide a basic understanding of some 900 birds, 150 species. Brazilian birds predominate, but there are species from Australia, Africa and Asia represented. It also develops a recognized work of education, research and Environmental conservation. Other attractions include a butterfly nursery with approximately 25 species of reptiles, where you can see snakes and alligators from just a few meters away.
MACUCO SAFARI (SHARED TOUR)
The Macuco Safari offers a thrilling adventure through the lush Iguazu jungle. Begin with a 3 km jeep ride through the dense forest, spotting tropical plants, orchids, and possibly wildlife. After a short 600-meter walk to the hidden Macuco Falls, board an inflatable boat to navigate the rapids of the Iguazu River. Experience the power of the waterfalls up close, feeling the spray and roar of the water. This unforgettable journey will leave you with a new appreciation for the awe-inspiring Iguazu Falls.

Transfer ahead to Argentina side with a quick stop at customs checks. Cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge into Argentina’s National Park and take a train to the breathtaking Devil’s Throat, the largest waterfall in Iguazu. Feel the incredible power of the falls up close before exploring the Upper Circuit, a 1,200-meter trail offering stunning views of the falls. If conditions allow, continue to the Lower Circuit, a 1,750-meter path through lush forests. End the day with a visit to ‘La Aripuca,’ a 17-meter-tall structure made from rescued native trees, inspired by Guarani culture.

HD VISIT ITAIPU DAM PANORAMIC – (SIB) English speaking guide – (Minimum 02 passengers)
Itaipu is the world’s largest electrical generating capacity and could be considered a technological wonder. After a 35km ride, arrival at the Itaipu Public Relations Center, for a 30-minute film presentation showing the phases of construction and operation of this engineering monument. After this visit, tour to the dam by bus and stop at different panoramic viewpoints. The spectacle of the spillway of the dam, with its huge flow of water is particularly impressive.
Transfer out from Hotel to The Airport in Foz do Iguassu (Brazilian side) to board your flight to Peru. (evening flight)

H/D CITY TOUR COLONIAL AND MODERN LIMA WITH VISIT TO LARCO MUSEUM
Explore both modern and colonial Lima on this half-day tour. Begin in the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro, passing by a sacred pre-Inca “huaca” before heading to the Historic Center. Stroll through key streets to the Plaza de Armas, where you can admire and photograph the stunning colonial architecture. Visit the iconic Convent of Santo Domingo, a beautiful example of colonial design. End the tour at the Larco Museum, home to the remarkable Treasures of Ancient Peru collection.

Upon arrival in Cusco one of our representatives will meet you and then you will be transferred to your hotel. Have the rest of the day at leisure to rest and get used to the altitude.
AFTERNOON TOUR: HD CITY TOUR VISIT TO SAN PEDRO MARKET AND RUINS (PVT)
Explore Cusco, the Imperial City and UNESCO World Heritage Site, on this half-day tour. Start at San Pedro Market, immersing yourself in the vibrant colors, flavors, and traditions of local life. Visit the Koricancha Temple, an ancient Inca palace dedicated to the Sun God, later transformed into a Dominican church. Next, ascend to the impressive Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman, followed by a visit to the ceremonial site of Q’enqo. Conclude at Cusco’s Plaza de Armas with a tour of the magnificent Cathedral.

FD HISTORY AND CULTURE IN MARAS, MORAY & MISMINAY
You will head in the direction of the Maras salt mines, an amazing place where the finest salt in the world is extracted: Maras salt. On the way, you will make a stop at the Raqchi viewpoint, from where you will have an impressive view of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Then, you will visit the Misminay community. Upon arrival, the villagers will give you a warm welcome with music and typical dances. There, you will be able to learn about the
Andean families’ lifestyle, by sharing some of their daily activities with them. Then, you will enjoy a delicious and traditional lunch prepared with local products. You will continue with a visit to Moray, a fascinating archeological site with huge concentric terraces, which the Incas used as a botanical laboratory.

Machu Picchu Tour (SIB)
You are going to visit one of the most important energy centres of the world: Machu Picchu. Travel by train to Aguas Calientes. You will be driven to the archaeological site, the visit of which will be an unforgettable experience, with a professional tour guide to impart to you all the history that surrounds this mysterious and enchanting place. Once the guided tour is over, you will have some free time to explore the site on your own, to relax, or to meditate. At the agreed upon hour, you will descend to Aguas Calientes for lunch and board the train later that afternoon for the return trip. Once you have arrived at Poroy Station, you will be driven to your hotel.

DAY AT LEISURE IN CUZCO
Enjoy the charm of this beautiful colonial city that was built upon the remains of amazing Inca buildings. Not to miss: Temple of the Sun (Koricancha), San Blas artisan’s neighborhood, the Cathedral and the Inca Fortress of Sacsayhuaman.

The afternoon is set aside for a tour of the incredible colonial city, whose buildings the Spanish constructed on top of the foundations of Incan palaces. You begin at Korikancha, the Temple of the Sun, to witness the exquisite stonework achieved by the Incas. Next stop is the Main Square for a tour of the Cathedral to see its fabulous woodcarvings and impressive altars and the lovely Church of La Compañia de Jesus (Society of Christ). Next, head upwards to Sacsayhuaman, a fortress located in a strategic spot high above the city with a view that is absolutely stunning. You will also visit the archaeological complex of Kenko, and you will have a panoramic view of Puca Pucara.
